Have you made sure you have a port through your Firewall? Have you changed any settings. If it was working a short time ago, and it isn't now. Why not simply do a system restore, this will put you back exactly to the time when you had it working OK., and you will NOT loose any data.

Because most likely your ISP has Blocked it from it's network, because people used to download copyrighted stuff over it, many many ISP's were FORCED by the powers that be, to ban them from the networks.
