IBM won't turn on (by 2 users)

My son said he got a message power low and to plug it in the outled. He was tired and just turned off the laptop. In the morning it would not turn back on. Once you plug it in and press the power button you only see a flash on the battery light but nothing happens?

I checked the charger and its working. The battery is fairly new and been working fine. I know there's a small yellow battery behind the main larger battery. Could that be bad.

Wizremove the battery, plug into the wall with power pack, and then try it again..
