Question about Rinnai Water Heaters
I'm going to run through the obvious first so stick with me. Make sure the heater outside is plugged in to the power point and that it is switched on. Try something else in the power point to make sure you have power there. If you have no lights on your controllers inside then obviously you have no power to the low voltage side of the heater. If you have power to the powerpoint but still nothing doing with the heater then unfortunately you have a fault on the heater. There are no resets in your heater. It could be messing around with the power supply has blown the surge PCB , the main PCB or on older models the transformer. I Hope that the obvious solution fixes your problem because otherwise you need a technican and likely some new part/s.
