Cannot get incoming calls on my Mitel 5212 IP phone. When my colleagues phone internally, they get the "NO DISTB" message.


Your phone is in Do-Not-Disturb. Press the blue superkey. Press No until you see DND or Do-Not Disturb and press yes... press Turn off.
on this phone, the * and # are the keys for yes and no.

The network switches must be set up to allow the phone to connect to the phone system. You should contact your vendor for this support.

Contact your system admin or vendor. The time is set in the phone system, not in the phone.

Call divert


You can use the superkey
Phonebook - No
Advisory msgs - No
call forwarding = Yes
Allways = Review
from there you can select the extention number you want to forward the calls to. Having done that you need to turn on call forward always on. I do this by using one of the programmable keys on the Phone

Need to put clock back 1 hour


This a system change, not done on the phone, Your system administrator will need to correct this issue.
