Question about Cell Phones
Cell phones do not have to be activated. All one does is insert a SIM and take off. The SIM has to be activated. For that if you have completed all formalities then the service provider does it soonest as he starts earning that much earlier. So, he is in a hurry to activate your SIM. If you have a SIM then talk to the dealer you bought it from and request him to get it activated, unless there is some problem in documentation.
