Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Well first you would need to determine wether or not the 250gb hard drive has failed. I assume you have the new xbox 360 slim. So what you can do is remove the hard drive and reinsert it and make sure that it is firmly attached. If you do not know how you can watch this video. make sure the xbox is off and unplugged when doing this.
after that if it still doesnt work because the xbox 360 slim is new you will be able to call microsoft and get a replacement hard drive for the unit. But as i said you need to make sure the hard drive is seated correctly and not failed/DOA. If the hard drive is failed and after reseating it you still cannot get it to work let me know and i can give you instructions on how to get ahold of microsoft and get it repaired under warranty. Thanks and have a great day.
