Expand the Imaging folder in your Device Manager and look for the tell-tale driver problem alert
Start > Control Panel > Classic View >> Device Manager
If so right click on your webcam text and 'Update Driver' using the Internet if prompted.
Check your laptop manual for assistance
Start > Computer >> Local Disk (C) >> Documentation >> EN(glish)
