Question about Toshiba Tecra 8100 Notebook
Does it tell you that is the reason? Make sure you have all the latest updates from Microsoft. If you need help doing this let me know. I would like you check something else. Go to Start>run. In you run box type "dxdiag" without the quotes.Then click ok. At the bottom of the first page will be the revision of DirectX you have. Should be at least 9.0c. If not you need to upgrade that too. Now click on on the display tab at the the top. Under DirectX features, there are a number of acceleration features. Thease should all be enabled. If not, enable them. If you want you can test them. On the right are buttons for testing them. Let me know how all this turns out. If this solved your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed.
