It seems that the firmware pf your phone has got corrupted. May be due to a virus. And it is not booting up. To rule it out, remove the batter and the SIM and wait for a minute. Reinsert both and power on. If it still does not boot up, then take it to the service center of your make. Ask them to get the firmware updated. They will charge a small amount for it. And yes, you will lose all data. To avoid such a situation in future, make it a habit of backing up the data regularly.
