Reset button

Hello my eclipse cd5100 is only over 1 mo. old. I recently played a damaged cd and it got stuck. I then pressed the reset button with a paper clip. The cd would then play again and I was able to eject it, but now the face will not close, none of the buttons operate, and I can't change it from radio mode to cd mode. Nothing works!!! Please help me
