Stuck My SanDisk e250 2GB player will not respond to any command. I turned it on this morning with no problem at all and an hour later when I tried to turn it off, neither the center wheel nor the display screen would light up. I cannot turn it off nor get it to display. There is no response to holding the menu button. It has not been damaged, nor gotten wet, nor been anywhere but in my jacket pocket during the hour I was using it this morning. I would appreciate any thoughts or advice.

PTO will not turn at all.

Something is stuck in the auger, thats what's causing the engine to stall.

Im so frustrated!

Try the format command from windows media player when connected in MTP mode. It would clean up all music files and refresh the database. One other thing you sould know. when it your player freezes as it can happen sometimes, keep your finder pressed on the menu button for 15 second as it will force the player to turn off. If you need the manual you can get it from sandisk site in pdf format. Good luck. Mo
