SOURCE: programe my phone KX-T7730

The phone you have (KX-T7730) requires a phone system to operate. This phone can be installed on a few different Panasonic phone systems. You need a "programming" manual for the phone system to do what you want (not a user guide) so you will first need to determine which system you have. Look for a part number on the system itself, it should start with "KXT" just like the phone.

My hand towel ring is loose. The wall mount is secure but the ball that holds the towel ring and connects to the wall mount is loose and looks like it could fall off.

Usually there is a set screw in the side of the wall mount. If there is loosen that and take the towel ring down. There maybe a second nut or fastener you can tighten up the ball with. If not just buy another one. Some just get worn out over time its normal.

2how to get around large base that sticks out too far to use a low profile mount to mount my magnavox 26MD357B/37 hdtv

Apparently you need some kind of MOUNTING SCREW EXTENSIONS to mount your tv to the wall.

You will need to contact Philips Customer Service at 1-800-705-2000 to order them.

See page 5 of your tv's USER'S MANUAL at the following link:

  • Fix wall plate to skirting board or wall with screws supplied, allowing adequate space for cable entry
  • Insert exisiting telephone wires into screw connections on the ADSL face plate, following cable colour coding according to the list below, and ensure screws are correctly tightened
  • Screw wall plate onto the back box with the screws supplied, ensuring screws are sufficiently tightened
Cable Colour Coding

2. Blue with white banding
3. Orange with white banding
4. White with orange banding
5. White with blue banding

Safety Information
Before carrying out any electrical work, always switch off at the mains. If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.

It might be worth mentioning that this filter swaps the polarity of the telephone wires: I don't know why. I rewired mine to use it as a master socket, and I have connected the other extensions to the filtered output. This can improve broadband speeds: see

How do I connect the fax to my home phone line. MFC 240C all in one printer

On the left side of the printer there are two telephone line connections, one is for the telephone line and the other is for the telephone extension. You will need two telephone lines, the type that have that clicker on the end, the line hole goes directly into the wall jack for the telephone and the extension line goes directly into the telephone that you had plugged into the wall. Try that, it works.
