Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Having used te printer for a long time and the fax I tried to scan.
Following a failed attempt to initialize the scanning process a fault message appears saying
turn pawer off and on again
When completing this it restarts the same problem without correction
Te problem occurs whether or not the printer is connected to the computer
LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE A MECHANICAL PROBLEM , need to check the motor , guidance path where the bright light travels , needs to be serviced , hope this helps
