I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90. When I try to change the flash settings, a notification pops up on the screen saying, "Flash settings cannot be changed." I tried setting it in each mode (including Auto) and trying to change the flash from there, but it won't let me. How do you unlock the flash settings? Thank you.

I am having E:91:01 that pop up on my lcd everytime im taking pictures.

Hi,
E:91:01 is an error code that indicates problem with flash circuit that is defective.
Replace flash circuit in camera to fix this problem.
Let me know if you need part number info of flash circuit for DSC-W90 or take camera to local camera repair shop to replace flash circuit board.
Thanks.

Blurring pictures

I had the same problem. Somehow my flash was set on "SL - Keep subjects and distant backgrounds bright." When I changed the flash to "Auto", it seemed to get rid of the blurry pictures.

My DSC-T100 won't allow any changes to the flash setting.

The flash settings on the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100 are Auto, Forced Flash, Slow Syncro and No Flash, if it is not giving you a flash and wont allow you to change the setting you might have to talk to sony or the store you bought the camera from. One long shot would be that depending on what other features you are using on the camera, i could be set up to not allow you to change the flash settings in that "mode". Sorry if this is useless, but good luck and if all else fails use sony support! :)
