Question about Computers & Internet
My above laptop wont turn on at all, the power, cable and battery light all show a blue light, but the button on the far right, looks like a cake tin or something flashes blue as well as all the the lights available on my keyboard, my cd rom will also not open. it was working fine prior to this problem yesterday. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, please feel free to contact me at any time.
Have the same problem so if you find anything please give me email
That 'cake tin' is almost certainly supposed to indicate the hard drive, not a good sign.
If the drive is not spinning up, you will have no access to anything else since no system functions will be loading.
Since this is not a terribly common system, you may both be looking at a series problem with the provided drive.
I suggest contacting Toshiba and inquiring there.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
