you need to replace the control or get it it rebuilt check in your area for apliansse parts dealer have them send it away for rebuil it less expencive than a new one thanks gilles

The problem is likely bad capacitors on the clock module. I had the same problem on a similar oven and fixed it by replacing the capacitors on the clock module.
