I use Cucusoft's Ultimate DVD & Video Converter Suite ( http://www.cucusoft.com/ultimate-dvd-video-converter-suite.asp ) to copy the movie or video file off of my dvd and onto my computer ( I copy it into mpg format ), then i can use the MTV Video Converter to copy that file to the format that my 1 GB MPC7085 can use... the settings have to be 160 x 128 though... otherwise it wont fit on the screen...

On the converter double check these
was your frame 160x128, on sports video, input video, and output was good?
if if was then sorry that's all the help i could be.
