Brother resource failure notice

posted by Robbie4 on May 05, 2008

I recently had to reinstall the printer, ( and did so with assistance from Brother) and it is connected by a parrellel cable. The printer occasionally will not print and will leave items in queue. It will come up with a screen that states Brother Resource manager-ck to see that computer and printer are connected properly. I have to restart the computer for the items to print out. Any ideas on what the problem might be

Did you connect the printer with an IEEE 1284 cable?

Have you tried connecting the printer with a USB cable?

Can you Help with these Printers problems?
