check the fuse--you probably brushed the 'hot' wire against a metal bracket and shorted the circuit and blew that fuse.

The brushes are not located in the usual place at top of machine could you tell me how to locate them. We have an aquarius extra wma40

The motor is now located at the bottom rear of washer.
To access same, remove lower rear panel of washer.
You will see the motor.
Remove drive belt, and undo 2 bolts securing motor to drum.
Remove motor plug and earth wire, lever motor away from supports, and remove same. You will now be able to access the brushes.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

If there is any voltage on the power group, try it temporarily with another device, if there is a control light on the display and it burned then read this suggestion.#

Its written by Hitachi but its on all kind of brushes made by other brands to find .
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carbon brushes are one of the most commonly replaced power tool parts. This is because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away until they need replacing. Worn brushes are a common causes of intermittent motor function, reduced electric braking and reduced motor power. A worn-out brush will often be worn down near to the wire lead and can be cracked, pitted, or burned. When replacing carbon brushes, be sure to inspect your armature for burns, cracks, or other damage which can indicate larger motor problems. [ NOW COMES THE IMPORTANT THING what i suggest ]
This Brush will pop out a pin when the Brush wears to a certain length.
It is advised to keep an extra set of these brushes on hand at all times

Husky 5000 watt brand has no power output

Check for a broken engine to alternator coupling. If ok, you will need a wiring diagram for the alternator. Do a web search for same.
