Also known as your compressor fan has stopped working you can order the fan directly from marconeappliance parts and they will send the fan to you you will have to reinstall new wires but before u do order the fan fix the wires first or remove the fan and take a hot wire and connect it to the fan and see if the fan spins no sense in spending money if the thing works if it doesnt work then you willhave to install the new fan which will fix the heated side panel problem. please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation and if you have any other questions message me back have a great day

That fan not running is the problem. If you have voltage to the fan, replace the fan. It should turn freely when you spin it.

Who doesn't the engine cooling fan turn on

check the plug connector at the rad cooling fan motor for a bad or damaged connection. then you can run jumper wires from the battery to the terminals on the fan motor itself. if it does not run then the fan motor needs replacing. this is a common problem.

The munions surrounding the doors are hot. I find that the cooling fan is not turning. casing very hot

The munion heaters will get hot if the fan is not working to keep the box cold. The heater are there to keep the doors from freezing shut. The fan motor is bad from your description and will need replaced. I hope this helps. Please leave feed back. Thank you.

On a Paragon 8145-20 Defrost Timer, I know you land the refrigeration circuit on terminal 4, the heater on terminal 3, but what goes on terminal "X" and terminal "N"

Link below has 8145-20 wiring diagram:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#defrost

Terminal N is 2nd wire needed to complete circuit.
In 240V 8145-20, there are two hot wires.
One Hot connects to terminal 1, with jumper to terminal 2.
Second Hot connects to terminal N, and this will power the clock motor and timer.
Terminal X is for temperature or pressure termination switch.

Defrost cycle works like this:
Timer is running but switched OFF.
Refrigeration fan is ON.
Timer switches ON, defrost cycle begins.
Refrigeration fan turns OFF.
Hot gas defrost turns ON.
When temperature-or-pressure limit switch reaches trip point, it switches timer OFF.
Refrigeration fan turns ON again.
Hot gas defrost turns OFF.

Outside ac unit operates but no blower. Fan "on" does not operate from thermostat. However "heat" works fine furnace and blower. ???

Go to furnace and shut off power, remove blower door compartment. Inside you will find a control board where thermostat wires are connected. Should look something like this:

R-Red Wire= Power
G-Green Wire= Fan
W-White Wire=Heat
Y=Yellow or Blue Wire=Cooling.

It sounds like you have a bad motor speed. So try this:

With Power Still Off, on the same control board there is a terminal usually marked Cool and Heat. There should also be a couple of terminals that are named park. The wires hooked to these are the fan wires..

Exchange the Heat and Cool wires on the terminal board. Put everything back together and try cooling again, if the fan comes on
then you have a burnt out motor speed. Go back to furnace and change
the heat and cool wires around, next if Cooling had the black wire hooked to it, put yellow or blue on Cooling and black to park.

Note: The reason why you put the blower door back on is because it
has a door switch that if not properly seated, you wont be able to power
up anything

2003 trailblazer back air stays on after the truck is turned off

hi, there is a technical service bulletin published by general motors about these trailblazers and this problem, it is very common to have this problem if you own one of these. the rear a/c module is located on the passenger side in the very back underneath the plastics and bezels in the back. there is a blower resistor module that controls the fan speeds and recieves input from the control panel that gets too hot and melts the plastic surrounding the wiring connector and allows the terminal inside the connector to short the fan control wire to battery power. if this is the case, you will have to replace the resistor module, the wiring and connector, and sometimes the blower motor. you should contact you local gm/chevy dealer for parts though, they have the wiring pigtail so you replace just the connector end, and the new style resistor module, and if i remeber right, i think there is a air shield in the kit to install to improve air flow inside across the resistor to help cool it down. the blower motor when running produces the cooling ability for the resistor, if there was no airflow across the resistor, it would overheat almost immeadiatly. take the rear plastics off and the rear seat out, and have a look, you should be able to find this problem pretty quickly.

The air conditioning wont turn on. The fan turns on but when it tries to cool it just goes back to the fan.

Compressor won’t Start
The Main reasons that this will happen
1 - A bad run capacitor (silver or metal capacitor)
It’s either shorted, grounded or open.
If it’s shorted a lot of times it will bulge out, (sometimes slightly)
2 - A bad start kit ( plastic capacitor and Relay connected to it )
The capacitor is either shorted or open
The relay either has an open coil between terminals #1 and #5
Or the relay is stuck.
Any time you change the capacitor or relay you should change
the other, especially if they are over a year old.
3 - A loose, burnt or disconnected wire
4 - Wired wrong
5 Compressor is open (windings burnt open)
6 Low on charge not getting enough cooling back to compressor, (Feel top of compressor to see if it’s hot it shouldn‘t be)
7 Some compressors have a black plastic overload under the compressor cap which could be bad.
