Question about Toshiba DKT3020SD Corded Phone
I am having difficulty setting up speed dial numbers. Instructions advise press 9876 to enter "User Programming Mode" but when I do that the LCD does not show USER PROG MODE but tries to dial the phone. There is no program button on this phone. HELP.
User Programming Mode
To enter User Programming Mode, press the Program button ...or dial #9876. "USER PROG MODE" appears on your LCD. The Program LED is steady green. To exit User Program Mode, press Program … or go off- and on-hook press #9876. Note A IPT equipped with a headset adapter ignores the hookswitch. It can only exit User Programming by timing out (approximately 15 seconds).

I HAVE THE ANSWER YEAH!!!!!
I just started working at my job and we call the same labs everyday and I really needed this speed dial to work.
These are the steps; I hope it works for you.
1.Do not lift the handset.
3.Put in the speed dial # example 60
4.Put the entire phone # inc. area code.
It should be stored.
Have a great day.
