My spanish is very poco, but I think you want to start a diagnostics test, and need the combination of keys to start?? That would be the Fn + the Power key. Turn the computer off. Press and HOLD the Fn key, then press and RELEASE the power key. Keep the Fn key down until the screen says that you are starting in the "diagnostics" mode. You will then see prompts to ask if you want to conduct a full diagnostics test or a custom one. If you just want to check one or more parts of the system, choose the custom and select what you want to test. Otherwise a full test will cover all system hardware and will take about an hour.

Try booting to the safe mode, see if you can get into Windows. if you can, try a system restore to an earlier date when the system worked normally. If you cannot boot to the safe mode, try booting to the XP CD, go to Recovery Console, run the command CHKDSK /P then see if the system will boot normally. If none of that helps, run diagnostics on the HDD and see if any failures are detected. If the drive fails, then replace the drive.

There are 2 ways you can reset your bios.
1. On the motherboard there is a small watch battery. Remove this battery along with the power cable from the power supply. Hold down the power button to fully discharge the system. Wait 2-3 minutes then reinstall the battery and plug in your system. Your reset is now complete
2. Some motherboards have a 3 pin jumper by the battery. Lets say that the jumper is on pins 2 and 3. Remove the jumper while the machine is OFF and place onto pins 1 and 2. Power on your machine for a minute. (Note: Your system will not POST). Shutdown your machine and put the jumper back to pins 2 and 3. Your reset is now complete
This is a great troubleshooting step for those of you having POST issues or no POSTing at all. Like other troubleshooting steps, this will not always work but usually will depending on the problem.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
