TV PROBLEM (by 3 users)

We have a 27" Truflat sceen. Our electric was off and when it came back on our tv will not stop running through the channels. The buttons and remote will not work at all. The only way to stop it is to unplug the television

we have a problem with the tv and it keeps trying to search for a channel and it also keeps changing the channel on its own. it won't stop no matter what I do. i tried to erase all the channels but channel 3 and it keeps doing it.
