Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
There is no dial tone through the handset. When you try to send a fax you get a "No Loop Current " error. it showing in the fax display "No Loop Current". When I check the line it is working, I am using OKI Fax machine
I believe that with this model there are 2 places to insert a phone line and you may have them backwards, also, it could be a bad phone cord that your using... check these easy things first...

SOURCE: No loop current
Check the line cable. Try inserting that line to another telephone unit. And if there's still no dial tone the problem is on the line itself. You should call your line provider. But if the line is ok, check the LIU connectors if it is inserted correctly. It the connectors are ok, then the possible problem is on the tel. line circuit on its mainboard.
