Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I think your printer is set up as a Network printer. Can you see any other options, like "Yes" or "No" ? Pressing the Yes will resolve the problem. If the problem persists, then follow these steps: If you can see "Yes" select it, (you need to press resume button or Ok button. If you see "No" the use the Plus or Value button keep pressing until you see "Yes", once you see "Yes" press Resume or Ok or Select button. Now keep pressing the "Item" button until you see "BootP" and again select "yes", if you don't see "Yes" use the "Plus" button and press "Ok" or "Select" or Resume button (I am not very sure which one is on your printer). If there has been no changes made recently, it'll resume to normal as it was. This is all what I know about network settings.
