Hi my daughter has accidentally donated her best dog, and now wants it back, is there away to do this? Many Thanks Derek Bay

it actually happened to a friend of mine and some how the dog "ran" away. sometimes this happens when the dog isn't taken care of a lot but my friend had it for a couple weeks and it could also be a malfunction... I know you probably wanted THAT dog but to be honest... I don't think you can get it back. I accidentaly donated one of my best dogs and then I wanted him back. could get it. sorry! :/ the best of luck to you.

To delete your whole game on nintendogs just press and hold the a, b, x, y, l, and r buttons all at the same time while the game is loading prior to the title screen appearing. (Right when it says nintendo) But beware if you erase all saved data, it and your puppies can never be recovered.

To delete just one dog go to the Dog Hotel and choose donate. Pick the dog you want to get rid of and you'll never see that dog again.

Reset the game... There's not too much you can do. Half the fun is getting it the way you want anyway. I assume its one of the pets games. There's no hacking or system restore for it.

Usually, it would mean that you accidentally donated your dog to the hotel. Once you donate your dog, it is impossible to get it back.

Unfortunatly you can't rename your dog but you could try donating it and buying it back or start the game over again To do this at the start of the game(when there is a white screen)hold in x,a,b,y,R and L at the same time. If it is a dog you received in bark mode just do it again! Sorry i couldn't be more help! Good luck with whatever your daughter decides to do!

if its like the labrador & friends all u ave 2 do is from the home menu press on go out then on the next menu press on shopping then press on dog hotel either pick up or swap depending on what the wee lassie has inadvertantly done if they aint their then u will ave 2 buy them again

Donating a dog removes it from the player's possession and is an irreversible action.
Allthough he may not of done this and may of just put it in the hotel to be looked after, if he has done this then he can go to the hotel and the dog should be there

You cannot get it back. She can only buy a new dog. It says in the instructions and the game that once you've donated it you can't get it back.
