Please let me know the make and model of your printer. It will be also helpful if you can tell me the program with which you are printing.

Awaiting.
Thanks.
(this isn't a solution, it's a clarification)

I can't get it very clear, but I assume you are printing the tickets from your email. If so, once you click the Print, a small window will pop up, from the click "Preference", another window will pop up, (i.e. the printer's settings window), from there, locate the "paper size", you may be seeing "letter" as default or other paper size, when you click on the shown paper size, a drop down will list down, from there select "A4" and save the settings (once you click "ok" you'll be directed to the previous "Print" window). Proceed with the printing and let me know.

Note: if you are printing from internet explorer, check the "Page setup" [click "File" on the menu and select "Page Setup", from the page setup window select "A4" paper size, click "Ok" and try again. But first check the print preview. If it looks ok, then proceed, if not, try changing the settings once again.]

Let me know if you still have the problem. But please be more detailed, I wish I could explain you at a time, but since you didn't give me the specific problem including the printer's model and the document and the browser etc.. I am having trouble assuming. I hope you understand.

    Thanks and awaiting your reply.

    Good luck.

I have a HP 5610, print very small letters

Go in the printer preferences and change the options to "print as in document" and make sure that 'scaled to it is not checked'.
Maybe, you scaled it down by accident. Also, make sure that you didnt choose 8 points in the original document. Otherwise, it will print small
