The filter for the toner must be replaced. Since you didn't provided the model of your printer (most likely a Konica-Minolta) all i can say is that the filter is somewhere on the back on the right side. After you replace it you must reset its counter .  The exact procedure for your model is in the manual - you must have service level access to it.
If you don't know how to do that then call an experienced repairman, service level access is very dangerous in unknowledgeable hands.

Copier stays on please wait after resumig one job


There are two possible solution, the first is that the Drum Potential Sensor is damaged and need to be damaged, the second is that may the NV-RAM is damaged and need to be replaced. This two possible problems need to be solved by a experienced technician. If this question is posted by a user, than the only thing you may check is do the PCU Harness is connected good. That harness is located under the touch screen, when you will open the front door, than putt the toner bottle in position for replacement. right under the touch screen behind the toner bottle you will see two harness re-connect them and see do the problem will be solved if is not than are the two other possible solution i mentioned in the start of the answer. good luck.

Most commonly the waste toner bottle is located on the front of the toshiba copier, however, on certain models they are located on the back left side of the machine. On the right side of the machine is toner bag filter, which often appears to be the waste toner bag as it possessed waste toner and developer. If you are sure you emptied the proper container, then I suggest resetting the counters in service mode.

The process:
1. Turn machine off, press and hold "0" and "8" simultaneously while you power the machine on, after about 15 seconds the service mode will display, press "399" and then press "0" and then "set."

2. Turn off machine, press and hold "start" "6", then after the service mode loads, press "2", then reset the number to 0 by pressing clear.

3. Reboot machine and see if error clears.

For the toner you will have message that you need exchange it.
How many copies do you have? (press COPY key by the display and hold until the no of copies is displayed)
Where does the paper jams? ( on drum, on fixing roller, in cassete, in doc. feeder,...)
try to clean the pickup, feed and separation rollers

Put in new toner into KonicaMinoltaBizhub200,says exchange toner


Machine is still saying to exchange toner because toner is not feeding into the machine. to supply the toner always do this, 1-insert the new toner bottle in the toner section and close the cover. 2-Press "Utility/Counter" Button. 3-click on "USER CHOICE" or "USER SETTING" 4-click on "Toner Supply" 5-Toner bottle will start moving and hence the error message will not appear again.

How to reset toner drum for the oki c5510 mfp?


. Turn machine on while pushing and holding the TWO up/down menu buttons at same time.
2. Menu window will show "OKI USER"
3. Scroll to " Engine Dialog Mode" is indicated. Push Enter button.
4. "Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated.
5. Scroll to "NV-Ram initial" is indicated. Push ENTER.
6. Window shows "NV-Ram- Initial Table 1".
7. Push ONLINE and ENTER Buttons simultaneously and HOLD for 10 seconds after you see "Executing Reset" appear in menu window.
8. Restart printer.

All toner, drum, fuser and transfer figures return to 100

Hi this is only indicating a dirty waste toner bottle neck.
It is easy to solve.
Take a star screwdriver,remove the one screw of the left lower panel.You will find the panel at the left-lower side of the machine,the side were you have to open to remove paper jams on the fixing side of the machine.
After removing that panel,remove the bottle remove the toner inside the bottle clean the NECK of the bottle inside and outside and put the bottle back in it's place.Put the panel back and switch machine on and off.

Toner sensor error


After replacing a bad drum and toner cartridge, I'm receiving a 543: K Toner Sensor Error. It won't go away, we can't print :)

So i know its not a starter cartridge, and i've 'utilized' OKI's site for all its worth. Was hoping someone knew a possible solution. Thanks!

Writing in grey scale


Make sure that in the printer driver that print the text as gray scale isn't checked and that the toner saving mode isn't on. failing this you may have a faulty machine return it to the store and get an exchange.
