How Regularly Should I Revisit My Business Plan?

you should have key point indicators in the business plan and the plan should be revisited when those key points are not being met
every month would be a good point to check if the key points are being met
at this time it would be a good place to check the policies of the business to make sure that other key points ( safety levels , code of conduct, hr etc) are being met
Basically it amounts to this, the longer the period of time that you allow to pass before revisiting the business plan , the greater the risk of business failure as you will loose control of the operation

Why does my PTHP. shut off and switch to electric resistance heat?

im guessing its there way of defrosting the coils , as with this type (small) its tough to defrost the coils in an efficient way , hp runs normal to within one or two degrees of setpoint , hp shuts off or reverses in low speed , back up heat comes on to complete the room heat and to generate the heat needed to defrost the coils , entire unit shuts off when set point is reached , reversing valves set for heat and wait till next cycle

now mine does something slightly different : it runs for fifteen minutes and if set point is not reached it switches to back up and reverses the coils ,leaves compressor on (low speed) , this heats the coils up and defrosts the outdoor unit , and if it runs long enough twenty minutes total time , it goes back to normal and aux heat shuts off . this drives me insane thinking how much im spending on heating the outside !! but im sure its needed to prevent ice build up on outdoor coils ,and I sure don't want that cracking with ice formations

Why doesn't the condenser shut off automatically when the set temperature is reached?

There is probably a stuck "contactor" on the condenser. Where the line voltage wires from your house connect to the unit there is a contactor. That part has a small set of contacts/points that open & close upon demand allowing voltage to feed through the unit. Those points are welded/stick together. A 2 pole 40amp contactor should fox it.

I have a Hampton Bay air conditioner model # HBLG 1800H. The unit is about 4 years old now. Here lately when I turn the unit on low cool it starts cooling the room and then the compressor shuts off which I...

Sounds like a bad thermal overload which opens when the compresssor gets too hot. After the compressor cools down it closes and does not re-open unyil the compressor gets hot again. Check your wiring diagram if you have one and look for a symbol like two question marks on top of one another or the letters O/L. That seems to be what is occurring here.

Compressor UP6 25 125, runs all the time but is only under load for a short time, should it shut down between loads?

This unit will shut down if unloaded for a set period of time. Usually 5 to 10 minutes. This time could be longer if some one has changed it from the factory setting. There is a timer in the control box that starts counting down when the unit unloads. If it stays unloaded long enough for the timer to count down the unit will stop until the air pressure drops to the low set point on the pressure switch. It will then start up. If the unit loads before the counter counts down the timer starts from the beginning when it unloads again. This cycle continues until you manually shut it down or you stop using air long enough for the timer to reach Zero and shut down.

It is overheating and shutting down every 10hrs or show

I did met with some similar situations in the past.
I think you should have the CPU fan checked or you may also require an external fan so as to cool down the processing unit.

The problem in fact is being caused by the overheating of the processing unit.

Dehumidifier will not shut off

The auto shut off will work when you have your bucket in, as well when you have met the humidy level which you have chosen. Try changing the setting.

User Manual has no guidelines.

When you first turn on the unit it is set to 40% humidity which is the lowest the unit will accept. You can only move the up arrow from that point. The 63 you are seeing is the actual humidity. If you want 50% youo need to press up arrow till 50 is displayed. The manual for this unit is terrible. Just leave it as it is and it will attempt to bring it down to 40%. 30 to 50 is the recommended humidity range.
