Question about HP OfficeJet 4215 All-In-One InkJet Printer
There should be somewhere for you to open the printer to see the area that reads the document (might be a small strip of glass), there could be something stuck on this area (tiny spec the width of your line), thus causing the lines on the scan and not the prints. I am not too familiar with that model, so that is the best I have for you. Hope it helps.
