Question about Nikon Cameras
It will be good to check for the current in the battery . so if you can test the battery in another camera or if using a test bulb of same voltage( higher wattage), if bulb lights and stays good then we have cleared the doubt on the battery.
Now if you do not get any indication on the camera even after pressing the power, we have not much to do than to think of opening the camera. Now even if the camera is opened and identified- possible micro controller board- we might need to approach the Nikon service for the spare.unless it is a simple issue .
So if you do not have the right tools , I would advice to get this estimated so that you can decide for sure than to tamper.
If you are familiar then open the camera and probe with the meter for tracing the voltage to the main board.Check for the mP voltage, check the OSC of the mP. If not order or decide.
