Hi, I came across this question trying the found out the same thing.. I couldn't find an answer so I decided to try and figure it out myself, and succeeded :) First you need to remove the mattress, then unzip all sides of the travel cot, then you need to remove the top corners that hold the cot together, this is done by pushing in (using a pen or screwdriver) a small metal button found under each of the top 4 corners, when you have the button pushed in, you will be able to lift the corners off of the cot. Once all 4 corners have been removed, you should be able to slide the cover off of the posts... Hope this helps :)

With most travel cots, there is a mattress which is also used to cover the cot when folded up, these also usually have the intructions printed on them too.
With most models, you must pull up the horizontal sides in a certain order and you will probably find a lock right in the middle of the cot base (this is normally covered once the mattress is on). Although this is not a complete solution, I hope that this goes someway to helping you resolve your problem.

hi there yes you need to pull the middle handle right up almost halfway high as cot then flip sides out they will automatically lock then close the handle x
