The "ziebux.exe" you are talking about is most supposedly a severely attacking virus. As you don't know perfectly about this type of programs, please scan the whole Pen-Drive thoroughly by a good anti-virus. This program is resisting you to open your Pen-Drive. Remove this Virus immediately and the problem will be solved. If this virus is non-removable, try to format your Pen-Drive to keep it in a healthy condition. For a good antivirus program, I recommend you to use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Hi Have a Dell Pc Windows 7 OS. it will not shut down unless I hold the button. Start-up in good shut down is always a problem

This is a possible malware or virus attack. Your system is encountering data or system corruption preventing it to execute the command during shut down. Best fix is to reinstall Windows 7 in your computer to erradicate all errors and make sure to install an updated security software (antivirus) afterwards.

Virus attack is a possible cause.
Always make sure that your antivirus is updated regularly. And your Windows updates are on. This increases security of your system.
Try booting in safe mode and run antivirus.
Steps to boot in Safe Mode:
  • If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power
  • Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
  • Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
  • Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
  • Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
  • When you are finished with all troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would.

Then scan your system for viruses through your antivirus.
If this doesn't work then, select Safe Mode with Networking as an option and access internet and update your Antivirus first then, scan your system.
If you have problems in updating your antivirus, please use following link to scan your system, Make sure you are in Safe Mode with Networking while you perform this step.
wish you all the best :)

My laptop whene i turn it on it starts to update thene it will say shutting down . and thene it starts to update again

You have been attacked by a virus. Total take over!

Just find a way to slave your hard disk, either as an external or over a network.

From a computer with an Antivirus software that is updated, scan the disk and eliminate all viruses found.

When done, backup your files and format the hard disk.

Then, use a bootable CD to setup the system again.

Download and run AVG Free 8.0 anti-virus (here), then download CCleaner (here) and run 'cleaner' first, then run 'registry' from CCleaner's left-side menu. Next, defragment your computer. 99% of your problem should now be fixed unless there was serious damage to Windows itself. Make sure that you set a restore point (in system restore from control panel) between running AVG and CCleaner and follow all of it's back-up prompts.
