F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.

If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.

With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.

If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.

Also - please be sure to use He soap.

FLASHES F35 DOES NOT WASH

F35 indicates the water level switch(aka pressure switch) that's bad. Take the top panel off, should be 3 hex screws in the back that hold that panel on, then you will see it on the right side standing in front of your washer. Its orange and brown in color. Make sure you ALWAYS use HE type brand detergent, non-HE detergent will cause this to break and throw the F35.
Here is the new switch you need.

Hi After a year of using my Kenmore Elite HE5T washing machine, Model #110 47789701, serial #CSW2733428 I am getting an error F35 and Sub. Could you please let me know how to fix it? Thanks Barb

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

F35 error means that there is some sort of issue with the steamer electronic board and analog pressure sensor has gone bad. Check that the hose is firmly attached with the washer and is not blocked. You can also check the water level pressure switch operation. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Sud and f35 error in my kenmore elite h5 steam washer. The washer do not wash the cloth and flash F35.

I got the f35 and suds code repeatedly and my clothes weren't washed, I ordered from Sears the analog pressure switch that regulates the water coming into the washer and the codes went away, the part is esitmately $125.00 including shipping but you have to order from the Sears parts department. If you print a diagram of the washer it is #38 in the diagram and is easy to replace. You can install it yourself and as a female I did not call service to do it.
