is too old for Windows 7 operating system. This camera works only with Windows XP and Vista. Check Sony Support after some time (months) for any driver update, if Sony release it. Thanks.
If you are not able to find your connecting cable.
and i am assuming your need is to transfer the data
to comp. Well what you can do is you can take out the memory card and fix it into the card reader (you will get a card reader vey cheap anywhere.). and connect it to your comp.
Now your card will work as a flash drive and you can transfer data easily then...
Hope this helps you out.. :)

Hi there. That has been a problem with Vista from the start. Vista wasn't released with too much 3rd party program involvement. That's why everyone hates Vista.
You have to go to the company that supplies your software and stay on them about being Vista compliant...or chose another brand of software. Sorry, but that is the truth.
Go to the maker of your software and post them. Put your 2 cents in that they become Vista compliant.
It's either that, or go back to XP like soooo many other people have done.
You will have to use the driver program for Win XP, vs 18.104.22.168. It will work for the camera, but not for the webcam function. First you will need to download and use the uninstall program if you have installed a driver program or have plugged the cam into the computer. I do wish there was a driver for Vista as it's a great webcam with a really wide field of view.
