Hi bought the v8 and restored factory settings which has changed the language bk to chinese how do i revert bk to english

I restored factory settings and the language changed back to chinese. How do i revert it back to english? I tried by 'try and error' to look for it in my mobile but did not manage, also called the mobile provider but nothing.
