OK, we will work through that. I will help you, and if you paid for it, MS should help you to work through it. Have you looked at their site pages, such as -- ?
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101211561033.aspx
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA101759641033.aspx

If you submitted a request for help online, have you checked status at http://support.microsoft.com/? Their e-mail support indicates a one business day response time, but my experience has not generally resulted in that timely a response. I would say get on the phone and ask for one supervisor after the next if you do not get resolution.

If you sign in to the support page, then you get to the contact info. In order to get you the info, I signed in to support, then chose Office 2007 Pro, as I am not sure which version you wanted to end up with. (Of course I am in the U.S. and not certain where you are.) This took me to phone number - (866) 452-4755. Since you are a student maybe you paid for the H&S version - ? Choosing this product takes me to the same number.

MS does indicate that if your product was preinstalled, you should contact your manufacturer. You might try that, and if you're lucky enough to get a tech who cares, they may offer to intercede with MS.

Otherwise, I would call the after-90 day number (or Advanced at (800) 936-4900 only as a last result). There is a $49 charge, usually, for this, as it is typically for support after the 90-day initial contact period. If you do end up calling here or Advanced, they should not end up charging, because you have a valid issue. This is the number I have used before, and once they accept that the problem is the responsibility of MS, there has been no charge: (800) 936-5700.

If you paid for a product and did not get it to work, you have an installation issue which they definitely should help with. Stay on the phone for a live person and don't take any answer unless it gets you working. In light of these things, do you not think that my assistance is either helpful or FixYa ("great ideas")? I will continue to help if you can give me more info regarding what you have already done, and if you still can not solve the issue. But I can't place the call to MS for you, unfortunately, you will have to handle that. Thanks again for your consideration and good luck!

Check your email from the company who makes the software, the code should be in there.

If the email is deleted, missing, or never existed, you will have to contact the company to get the code.

Complaints I paid my council tax arrears to a Bailiff but now another one has come back to me ;saying I owe 204-96 .the first Bailiff said I did not have to pay anymore untill this year ; the second...

You don't have to pay any more until this year - BUT it IS this year now! I trust you have a receipt from the first bailiff? If so make a photo copy and show it to the second bailiff. Have the cash ready anyway if you can -- it is better to pay first and argue afterwards - in court if necessary.

Looking for 25 character 2010 office product key

Product key always comes with a paid version of the program.

If you are not willing to pay the fee and still want a full feature program, I recommend Open Office found here: https://www.download-free.com/open-office&source=ga

I can't find my disc but I have my product key:

You have just given your product key code to the whole world in the internet, this is like giving the keys of your car away to a stranger and then telling them where the car is at.

You can download the trial of the software, it should activate to a full version when you insert the code, but. By the time you get it done, someone else might have already used the code you posted here, and therefore preventing you from using the software as it is in use somewhere else.

download the trial at http://us20.trymicrosoftoffice.com/default.aspx

Install microsoft office 2007 in a new computer

I dont believe you can. Every version of Microsoft office has ONE product key and once you have used that then you can't use it again. You may have to purcahse a new Product key for it. I advise you to talk to a local retailer and ask if they can help you.

Hope this helps ^^. Please dont forget to rate, Thanks
