Once a purchase has been added to your account online, you will need to contact a Reward Zone® agent directly in order to make any necessary corrections. Please make sure to include in any e-mail submission the Customer Service PIN number from the purchase in question, since Reward Zone® agents will require this in order to ensure the your account is properly awarded. You should be able to find the PIN number at the bottom of your store receipt, just beneath the total and payment type.
Additionally, please keep in mind that you can generally obtain faster assistance over the phone, as e-mail can often take 1-2 business days to obtain a response.

if you forgot your pattern lock, just give few more tries to continue wrong efforts. at an instant, the OS will report 'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will instantly ask for new pattern lock and you are done!
At the time when you enter a wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.

Now contact your service provide, they will give you a code, for unblock the sim. Don't try to enter wrong code if you enter wrong code more than two times your sim will be rejected.
If your sim has already rejected, than also contact your service provider, they will exchange your rejected sim with new sim(new sim with same number,same balance and same services).
If u have entered a wrong PUK no. less than 10 times, then u can contact customer care and get the PUK unblocking code (its free). Remember each sim card has a different unblocking no.
If you have entered wrong PUK no. 10 times or more, then this SIM card is blocked and will have to be replaced by a new one. You need to visit any airtel franchisee, purchase a new sim, and they will delete your old sim card details and add the details of new sim card into their system. A new sim probably costs around 245/- (i think, though don't remember when i purchased it last). You need to carry old sim card + ID proof + any airtel bill (if postpaid, may get required).

If you have entered the puk code wrong too many times (tried to guess it) the sim card has disabled itself, and its useless, you will have to contact your phone service provider to obtain another sim card.

The first option is to visit www.MyRewardZone.com and log into your account. On this website there should be a link on the account maintenance page that says "Report Missing Purchases." Simply click on this link and enter some information from your store receipt when prompted, and the points should be awarded to your account within two to three business days. Unfortunately, you won't be able to apply your Reward Zone® card to purchases made online with this option - it only applies to purchases made in a brick-and-mortar Best Buy™ store. Alternatively, you may always contact a Reward Zone® agent directly by calling out toll-free hotline at (866)-793-9663. Agents are able to apply points to your account for purchases made at your local store or through BestBuy.com. There are two options you have to add this purchase. The first is to utilize the self service online client at www.myrewardzone.com. Your other option is to call 1-888-BESTBUY and ask for the Reward Zone® department. I would caution you to remove the PIN from your above post for privacy reasons.
