The sound of my nokia N81 8GB is of low quality although I have replaced the speakers severaly but its still not audible .whats the problem? .,..Also can the 8GB Mass memory be removed or reinstalled?

try to play the music files to your computer, if the sound is low quality, then try another audio file (mp3, wav, wma, etc.) and about the mass memory, it can be removed.. and when you remove the mass memory you may or can format it.
