Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Try this: The message is vague and does not tell you which cartridge is causing the problem. In my case where I replaced all three color cartridges, I found out the bad one by sending a print request to the printer and looking at the ink cartridge levels diagram in the dialog window. Only one had a red X on it. So I removed it and cleaned the contacts with alcohol then rocked it back and forth in the slot after pressing it in. It was recognized and the charging process began as normal.
