Unstable picture and EEPROM problem

I got an LG 500G monitor, I just solved my power problem, now my monitor is powered up, but now another problem comes up, after I plug in the power cord and turn on the monitor, it shows "no signal" on the screen as usual (I didn't connect it with my PC). but the H-deflection seems unstable, the picture is narrowed for 1 second and then back to normal for about 1 second, it just keep repeating like that until the monitor shutdown itself in about 7-10 second after I turned it on.

and if I connect it with my PC, the picture won't comes up and the power indicator color is amber (the manual book calls it DPM mode).

and another one problem is, I foolishly replace the EEPROM in my monitor which make my monitor OSD becoming strange. can my monitor back to normal? Thank you for your help.
