Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
I am getting error "Requested scanning can't be done as Another program has already control of the device.............." when I clicked on "accept" button.
Devices are connected properly. No other program has already opened from my end. I don't if system file are using the device. Please let me know the solution for this.
If you are using a Windows/PC, open the Control Panel, then the System folder, then click on the Hardware tab, then Device Driver.
Check the resulting list for items that show a red 'X' indicating that Windows has detected a problem.
If you find one that is related to your F380, highlight and right-click on it and choose 'Uninstall.'
Leaving your printer on, power down the PC and/or restart it.
Windows should find a 'new device' and put the correct drivers in place.
This MAY (nothing certain) correct your problem.
