SOURCE: All I want to do
There are no drivers for your product:
Are you sure your volume is turned up? If you have a speaker icon in your taskbar, lower right of screen, right click on it and then click on open sound mixer and adjust volume. You can also left click on it and you should see a volume bar you can adjust. Check your card in "device manager" by clicking on "start", lower left of screen, then on "control panel". In your list(icons), find and right click on "device manager", open and click on continue. Click on the box, on right, of "sound audio and game controllers". Do you see a warning, !, ?, or yellow triangle? If so click on it and follow proceedure. Right click on your device(s) one at a time and, in the list you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that. Click on the "properties" tab and you should see "this device is working properly". Again check your volume. If all this fails you may want to consider upgrading to a new card. Your card is PCI and, depending on your system, you may be able to upgrade to a card that is supported up to Windows 7.
