You can try to rinse it internally with citric acid - don't forget to soak the pad holders in the acid as well. There may have been a buildup of calcium inside various parts of the machine.
Some machines can be adjusted, but that always requires opening it up.
Lastly, the pump may have failed. In that case it's probably a write-off since a new pump will probably cost as much as a new Senseo . .
