NO Bluetooth Devices

Have you used BT on this laptop before ?
BT can be disabled/enabled in the BIOS, Windows, and often, depending on the Manufacturer, via the keyboard. ALL must be 'enabled' for it to work.

Notebook: acer aspire 4720z bluetooth malfunction when switching it on my bluetooth keep appearing on my screen ''Bluetooth Enabled'' and then ''Bluetooth Disabled'' and i canot stop it even i switch it...

Ether you got a stuck key or your bluetooth card is malfuctioning. The bluetooth is inside the computer generally underneath you need to open up the campartment and take it out. Also what you can do is go into the device manager from windows and disable the device there.

Thanks
