If you are useing a video card,try pulling it out and reseating it.if you are useing on board video try clearing the bios per your instruction manual then re do the settings of the bios(ie:date,time,boot priority etc.)and see if the monitor comes back on.or while in the bios u can just set it all to default settings.also try to reseat the memory.
