We are redoing our church kitchen in Long Beach, CA and want to keep the old (50+ years) Garland stove if possible. It's charming and it works, but the oven has to be lit with a lighter and the oven temperature is unreliable. Does anyone out there have an opinion on whether or not we can make the oven pilot and the oven temperature work? Any suggestions for someone who could repair it?
