go to an electrical motor shop and get the capacitor as most motor problems (if they are not burnt out Check by the smell) are related to the capacitor.
I can't assured you that it will works on your system. Since your Keyboard is no longer in production, I doubt Yahama will provide you with the official USB-MIDI drivers for your Keyboard even you requested for it.
I guess this is an option you can try and hope it works & good luck.

I've had this problem and similar ones. Following these steps seems to help:
Starting Cubase before switching on the Omega.
Go to 'Devices' and then 'Device Set-up'. Make sure you're in the 'VST Audio System' part of the menu. Make sure the Omega is selected as the ASIO driver - if not, switch it. Then click on 'Set to Defaults', then 'Apply' and 'OK'.
