Your solution depends on the type of tank you have. If your tank has a air bladder in it, make sure it is charged. There is a Shrader valve on the top, the same kind in the tires on your car. If the tank is not a bladder type, the problem is the air volume valve is not putting air back in the tank. Your tank is water logged. Another thing to check is the pressure switch, the differential is set too close, this would be best cured by replacing the switch, they're not that expensive. Unless you've been turning the adjustment on it, it would be advisable to replace anyway
