Try unplugging unit from the wall outlet for 5 min. If the key pad still do not respond, it may have become defective they are not fixable. Replacing the key pad it is often more expensive then buying a new unit.
Spills and directly spraying cleaner solutions into keypad will eventually cause it to fail.
The correct way to clean the front of your microwave is to apply a small amount of the cleaner solution to a cleaning cloth and then wipe the keypad clean

New door openers have a different radio frequency than the old models. This is most likely your problem and you will need to buy the keypad that is compatible with the new opener.
F3 means : Short circuit on key panel (your touch pad).
You get F3 error if a shorted key panel is detected for more than 60 seconds.
Solution: . Replace key panel (touch pad).
Try first unpluggign power cord for five minutes.
If you think that the problem may had been caused by water inside the keypad you can try using an hairdryer on the keypad, taking care not to melt the keypad plastic. If that does not work, then replace the keypad.
nothing to worry . just go to a nearby shop & buy a new keypad. it is easy to install . just remove the front case. It is very easy to remove. after removing place the new keypad in place of it.

First of all, did you try recoding unit by hitting LEARN BUTTON on motor. Try that. If n/g, try a new code with a number you did not use. Example, if old code was 5834, try 2222. If it works, one of the numer from you old code is worn out. Try new code or buy new pad.
You can try and buy new keypads. You can take the keypads off by taking the whole housing off and you can it. i dont think it has anything to do with the phone. i think its just the keypads
